IMG Licensing is seeking a Manager to develop and manage the global licensing and merchandising rights for some
of the world's leading character and celebrity brands across apparel, toy , home, health & beauty and food/beverage categories

You should have senior sales experien ce coupled with licensing and brand management experience in the apparel, toy , home, health & beauty, and food/beverage categories . You have a passion for entertainment and thrive in a highly iterative, agile, and at times intense environment.

IMG Licensing represents renowned brands, institutions, and entertainment properties spanning sports, films, and talent - creating marketing and revenue opportunities through licensed products. Our portfolio includes premier brands such as Lionsgate Films (John Wick, Hunger Games, Saw) , Dolly Parton , Rovio/Angry Birds , Ubisoft and Fortnite . Key Responsibilities
• Identification and recommendation of new licensees and product categories to support strategic growth and brand strategies
• Identify and evaluate new programs that can be developed into licensing opportunities.
• Coordinate licensing activities to include approval of licensee submissions for all apparel, toy, home, health & beauty and food/beverage categories products globally, royalty reporting/tracking, financial reports, licensee database, new licensee orientation, and communications.
• Provide product & licensing support to IMG commercial sales team .
• Assist all properties/licensees with special projects and promotions.
• Carry out departmental goals and
objectives
• Maintain various database and spreadsheet files
• Provide general administrative support functions
• Independently draft responses to general correspondence
• Create and/or update sales presentation materials using Power Point and other applicable programs.
• Assist with the planning and execution of special events , projects, meetings and conferences.

Ideal Requirements
• At least 5 years ' experience in business development, brand management, and/or licensing program management, in the to y, gam ing and die-cast sectors 
• Demonstrable knowledge of licensing agreements' structures and applications – understanding of financial and brand impact across royalty structures, intellectual property rights, territories, etc.
• Strong relationships with relevant partners and licensees

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$75,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$110,000 annually
