Summary Description:

Reporting to the Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis under the office of the CFO, the Analyst will have responsibility for the financial planning activities of the Agency or Sports divisions as well as the successful functioning and optimization of the company's business-critical financial reporting system. The Analyst should possess strong analytical and technical capabilities and have solid understanding of financial and accounting procedures and reporting to provide financial insight on business operations. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position with high visibility into multiple business units on a global scale.

Responsibilities:
• Perform and engage in ad-hoc financial analysis, including special projects at the request of the CFO as well as business unit leaders
• Conduct variance analysis through the comparison of historical results, forecasts, and actuals to assist in decision-making processes
• Assist with the preparation, analysis, and administration of the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Assist with the maintenance of the BPC Planning system and the running of monthly reporting packages
• Support ad hoc custom reporting and financial modeling to drive business efficiencies and enhance business management during the month end close and budget/forecast cycle
• Assist with the integration of new acquisitions at the data reconciliation and reporting level for financial planning initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders – Finance & Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Business Affairs, Legal, Sales Team and other Corporate departments
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and client activities

Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years' experience in accounting or finance; internship experiences will be considered
• Prior FP&A, experience in finance/accounting, investment banking or consulting preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a working knowledge of financial systems, statements and reports preferred
• SAP and BPC experience preferred but not required
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail required

Education:
• B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred
• CPA, CFA or masters degree a plus but not required
