Job Description
The Role and What You'll Do:
WME Group is seeking an Account Director in the Entertainment Marketing & Advisory (EM&A) team  who will play a vital role on the team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of consumer brand clients.
The ideal candidate has entertainment marketing experience that includes product integrations, promotional partnerships, event management, product seeding, account team leadership, as well as a passion for pop culture, entertainment and technology.
You are organized, responsive, detail-oriented, always 'on it', and thrive in a fast, fun, environment. Prior agency, network or studio experience is required.
• Day-to-day management of client relationship, providing guidance, executing strategic recommendations, and ensuring client objectives are met across multiple workstreams
• Develop and execute product integration strategy
• Manage a product integration lifecycle from pre-evaluation to post-measurement
• Develop POVs, tracking and reporting documents to ensure annual goals and objectives are met
• Oversee multiple budgets including the financial implications of greenlighting new projects, forecasting and tracking for both internal and client POs
• Manage network/streaming/digital platform relationships, acting as liaison between client and production, integrated marketing and sales teams
• Collaborate with colleagues across WME Group to share insights, identify upstream opportunities, and support the development of new content and partnership initiatives
• Manage 1-3 team members while mentoring junior staffers across Entertainment Marketing
You Have These:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., film/TV production, marketing, communications, media studies)
• 6-8 years experience in entertainment marketing, branded content, or agency-side client servicing, ideally with hands-on brand account management experience
• Deep understanding of the entertainment industry, including established relationships across production, talent, studios, and digital platforms, and familiarity with Gen Z-focused content and talent
• Strong creative, strategic, and business acumen with experience developing compelling creative briefs, pitch decks, and content proposals
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, negotiation, and relationship management skills, including engagement with executive stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing competing priorities
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and dependable team player with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times
• Prior agency, network or studio experience is required
• Strong and established network of relationships studios/networks, creators, and production
• In-depth knowledge of the TV landscape
• Extensive product integration and promotional partnership experience
• Strong client management skills
• Production execution experience
• Strong writing skills
• Proven track record of building and growing strong client and network relationships
• Strong client presentation development and delivery skills
• Proven ability to lead an account team(s) on multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groups

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$108,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
$144,000 annually
