Job Description
IMG is seeking a dynamic, skilled and adaptable person to join the team as Digital Project Manager. The successful candidate will provide support, guidance and management to teammates across the portfolio to deliver effective high fidelity web experiences for online users.
Digital projects at IMG are varied and challenging. No-one project is the same as another. An understanding and experience of web design, dev, content, timings and legal compliance amongst divisions differs vastly and you will need to be assertive, objective, persuasive and highly knowledgeable about all aspects of digital project creation and maintenance to deliver effective web projects on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Plan and manage digital product projects end-to-end, with a focus on new website builds, existing website maintenance, and product enhancements
• Provide guidance and advice to the portfolio regarding technical integrations including plugins, APIs, third party ticketing systems, and mobile applications
• Produce and execute fundamental SEO strategies
• Ongoing review of digital consumer journeys and recommendation of strategies to improve conversion and retention across platforms
• Collaborate with various marketing stakeholders to triage incoming requests and identify project requirements, scope, and dependencies
• Create and follow project plans, timelines, and manage day-to-day tasks to deliver quality products according to scope, time and quality expectations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation for projects
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders including marketing, design/UX, and engineering
Knowledge & Experience
• Extensive experience and understanding of end-to-end website design and development processes
• Expert understanding and appreciation of web disciplines including;
• requirements gathering
• brief writing, scoping, discovery
• planning, waterfall, Agile
• UX/UI, wireframing, web design
• development (the principles of), UAT/QA
• content gathering and planning
• l aunch processes (DNS, SSL)
• GDPR compliance
• Basic analytics and tracking set up
• Budget management
• External vendor management
• Extensive experience executing technical projects, identifying opportunities and risks, and creatively problem-solving to keep projects on track
• Experience editing and producing site content using CMS' like WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Craft, Drupal, Webflow
• Understanding of design layouts, UX/UI fundamentals and user flow planning
• Experience designing and implementing SEO strategies
• Experience setting up and maintaining product analytics infrastructures
• Experience with data analysis and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency using project management tools (JIRA, Basecamp, Asana, Trello etc.) and performance analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Preferred qualification: Understanding of digital marketing concepts and e-commerce best practices

Unusual Challenges or Circumstances
• You'll usually work normal office hours, however, you may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign deadline or in the lead up to/ during an event.
• You may be required to travel to events, as necessary.
• Outside of event travel there may be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role.

Working Conditions
• This is a permanent position.
• This role will be based in New York, US.
• Working hours are 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
• Occasional travel and weekend work may be required

Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, robust benefits, growth and developmental opportunities, and other offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$58,500 annually
