The Role and What You'll Do:
*Please note: this is a temporary, contract role that will las a total of 4 months.

The Creative Project Manager role will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to manage creative requests of all sizes from start to finish for a wide variety of properties in the art, entertainment, fashion, film, and sports categories.

As a key member of our global, in-house creative team you will ensure that all work coming through the creative department is delivered on time and at the highest level. You will manage all project details including the brief, resources, allocations, timelines, deliverables, budgets, reporting, and planning.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience simultaneously managing multiple projects with a wide variety of creative outputs, and deadlines across time zones in a fast-paced work environment. Your experience will include brand identity development and campaign launch experience with final creative deliverables being used across social, digital, email, website, print, OOH, radio, merchandise, event on-site signage, and more.

Temporary position with a 4-month duration
• Be the first point of contact for marketing teams when it comes to creative requests and requirements.
• Be the guardian of our creative process and ensure teams are working to this process, completing and supplying clear briefs and that the process is being adhered to in a timely manner.
• Clearly communicate new projects, changes, and requirements to the wider creative team and ensure everyone is informed of the latest schedule and upcoming project requirements.
• Meticulously maintain and update creative schedules and timelines while managing workloads of creatives and identifying in advance where freelance resource may be required.
• Support the creative director in hiring freelance resource for projects as and when required
• Coordinate, schedule and follow-up on team meetings, creative briefing sessions, creative brainstorms, and any meetings between creative & other teams required for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Resolve any workflow conflicts which may impact project expectations

You Have These
• 4-6 Years industry experience
• Proven experience managing the timely delivery of creative projects and deliverables in the art, entertainment, fashion, film, and sports categories
• Proven experience working with creative resources that include art directors, designers, copywriters, animators, video editors, producers, photographers, illustrators, etc.
• Proven experience working on brand, campaign, and product announcements and launches
• Proven experience planning, leading, directing, and managing various creative-driven projects simultaneously

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
• The ability to balance multiple projects at once and work well under tight deadlines
• The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders (often in different countries and time zones)
• A strong team player that is flexible dependent on business demand
• The ability to self-direct and motivate and work with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure while meeting deadlines
• Ability to define and redefine processes, systems, and structures to optimize workflow across the department
• A passion for an experience driven culture
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Asana project management software

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$29.25 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:
$39.00 hourly
