The IMG Media & Events – Arts & Entertainment division is responsible for producing and promoting world-class events, attractions and exhibitions across the globe. Our full range of services and capabilities include strategy and development, talent procurement, ticket management,

Culturespaces , the leading private European cultural operator, manage historical monuments, museums and art centers and 2012, revolutionized the field of art with monumental digital immersive exhibitions. Culturespaces is the operator behind critically acclaimed 'Atelier des Lumières ' and Hall des Lumières is a new joint venture between IMG and Culturespaces .

We are seeking a Consumer Marketing Manager to execute on the marketing strategy for Hall des Lumieres , an immersive multimedia fine arts experience launching in New York City in 2022. We are seeking an analytical, creative and digital savvy candidate to help drive the growth of this attraction through content strategies, consumer acquisition & retention and marketing partnerships.

Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, help execute the marketing strategy and media campaign for Hall des Lumières ( HdL )
• Manage and oversee project timelines and execution of various campaigns (creative and digital)
• Oversee owned and partners social media including i ncluding the creation and management of editorial calendar and p os ting/ monitor ing/ engag ing across platforms
• Work with Sr Director and creative to develop digital voice and strategy for cross channel narration
• D evelop and execut e social influencer marketing plan s including building brand awareness, credibility, reach and drive advance ticket sales
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver sponsor and partner ships
• Strong written skills: monitor brand tone and voice to ensure meaningful narrative and consistency across all content
• Manage weekly reporting process and use data to shape strategy and decision making, track platform growth and analyze brand performance
• Drive innovation and new practices, keeping on top of industry trends, competitor activity and fan behavior
• Pull analytic reports and provide a monthly report that outlines growth, wins,
opportunities , key learnings , etc.
• Conduct periodic category reviews including competitive positioning & pricing.
• Stay on top of changing digital behaviors and consumer trends ; provide
ongoing creative and strategic inspiration to the team
• Additional tasks upon request

Qualifications
• 4 + years of results focused, consumer marketing experience with a track record
of delivering strong performance against KPI's
• Proficient in leveraging both traditional and innovative marketing tactics
• Strong experience using key digital marketing channels (acquisition and retention)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience of managing large projects
• Must be organized, detail oriented, resourceful, and adept at prioritizing and juggling multiple projects at once to meet tight deadlines.
• Professional demeanor with a can - do attitude, willingness to roll up sleeves, strong teamwork skills, comfortable in a highly collaborative and dynamic team culture
• Basic photoshop skills a plus
