Job Description
We are looking for a manager with at least 3 years' experience at an in-house compliance department to join Endeavor's Compliance team, with a focus on compliance systems and operations support. The ideal candidate has experience in operating and maintaining OneTrust and a broad range of other third-party diligence, helpline and compliance operations platforms. This position reports to Senior Counsel, Head of Compliance for NA and LATAM.
Primary Responsibilities include:
• Partner with Compliance, HR and key stakeholders to facilitate launch, acknowledgement, completion, tracking and documentation for Endeavor compliance policies and trainings
• Support administrative processes for Endeavor's third-party diligence platform
• Partner with Endeavor's compliance vendors to provide ongoing maintenance and support for Endeavor's helpline and COI and Gifts/Hospitality Disclosure platforms
• Partner with OneTrust to maintain Endeavor's data mapping records
• Run and analyze reports from Endeavor's helpline platform
Basic Qualifications
• 3 years experience in an in-house compliance department
• Experience as a compliance operations manager with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the required elements of effective compliance programs
