Commercial Account Manager (NY City Metro Area)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are searching for a senior level experience commercial account manager. We are looking for someone who is personable, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, professional, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Call customers from their book of business to understand future business plans and expansion opportunities.
• Sell new projects to existing clients.
• Manage customer renewal negotiations.
• Validate customer invoices before they are sent.
• Handle relationship-level escalations such as contractual disputes.
• Manage sales pipeline data within pipeline system of record.
• Produce revenue forecasts for book of business.

EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 9+ years experience in a sales position
• 9+ years experience in the streaming industry, including experience with post production/ streaming business process workflows, and experience with CDN, transcoding, and meta data management.
• Moderate technical background with APIs integration.
• Experience managing senior level customer relationships.
• Experience in growing/radiating business within client.
