Main Purpose of Job:
Acting as the Change Management Lead , the candidate will take ownership of all testing and training responsibilities aligned with SAP deployment efforts and other significant system change efforts.
During IT instigated projects, this role will be responsible for employee engagement throughout the introduction of new systems and processes. It will involve supporting the business in assessing, developing and delivering new business process designs whilst gaining support and active involvement from all levels of the business.
This is a hands-on role that needs the candidate to work with the project team and business users to prepare the groundwork, develop understanding and manage apprehensions before, during and after any project implementation.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Overall: • Work with project teams to integrate Organizational Readiness activities into the overall project plan. • Evaluate existing processes and work with relevant teams to put together new business process designs and document 'as-is' to 'to be' process flows. • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans & deliver on them. • Provide training to users of a new system (both Super User (UAT) & Go-live). • Oversee the UAT testing for projects, including test script development & assignment & tracking of test completion to timeline. • Liaise between SAP consultants, Business Change Managers and Business Process owners to ensure Organization Readiness is complete. • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. • Assist with cut-over planning and execution of that plan. • Writing training manual user guides. • Design and Build an Organization Design Matrix. • Design and Build a To Be Role Matrix (User Management). • Identify resistance and performance gaps and work to ensure that these are prevented and fixed.

Knowledge and Experience:
Mandatory
• Experience in having overseen change management activities for several full system to system migrations and/or significant SAP system change efforts. • Ability to guide and influence others to adopt different ways of working with new technology solutions. • Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills. • Commercially minded - able to competently follow business discussions. • Project Management skillset to plan and deliver multi-resource efforts in an efficient manner. • Must have a sensitive approach to handling customer concerns. • Focus on continuous improvement. • Excellent influencing skills. • Collaborative working. • Ability to work effectively at all levels within a business. • Planning and working flexibly to a deadline.
Desirable
• Experience working in the Media, Events, or Fashion industries. • Experience of working within a global organization.
Skills and Abilities:

Qualifications and Training:
Mandatory • Educated to a degree level.
Desirable • At least 5 years of change management experience. • Experience in use of HPQC as a test application tool. • Project management experience.

Mandatory • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels. • Self-motivated, the candidate will be working remotely from much of the remainder of the team. • Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-national and cross-functional team environment. • Keen prioritization skills - focus on overall delivery even under conflicting current needs pressure.
