Responsibilities:
• Report directly to agency Creative Directors
• Responsible for the ideation and creation of brand and campaign concepts, as well as seminal projects
• Conduct discovery interviews and research
• Deliver completed concepts and projects to Creative Directors
• Help mentor and educate Creatives in the development of strong, creative work
• Assist the New Business team with presentation delivery
• Speak on behalf of the agency at conferences
• Support Creative and Account Directors in daily client management
• Maintain a working relationship with clients
• Help prepare for and lead creative presentations
• Assist in recruitment of Creative staff
