Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

WME is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its AP team, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. The candidate will play a large role in the day-to-day invoice processing for the department, including coding, invoice entry and vendor setup and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Handling accounts payable for WME, Corporate entities and consolidated investments
• Obtain appropriate invoice approvals and support
• Obtain supporting documents for AMEX meeting card transactions
• Accurately code and input vendor invoices and AMEX meeting card transactions in SAP
• Address and respond to vendor and employee inquiries
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Knowledge and Experience
• 5+ years of work experience in accounts payable
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
• Experience with SAP or other ERP software

Skills and Abilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
