Job Description
Who We Are:The Role and What You'll Do:
This entry level position requires a detail-oriented, reliable candidate. This role is responsible for performing administrative tasks for the Finance Department including high-volume data entry of accounts payable invoices into the accounting approval system. This position is not remote and will be based in our Las Vegas Headquarters.
• Receive and process accounts payable invoices for approval in accounting approval system.
• Codes and enters accounts payable invoices into accounting approval system.
• Ensures all records are stored in accordance with company and department policy and procedures.
• Seeks continual growth and expertise in the finance and accounting function and embraces cross-training opportunities provided within the Finance and Accounting department.
• Works occasional evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Performs other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
You Have These:
• High degree of proficiency with data entry functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in 10-key by touch.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and the ability to learn other basic computer programs.
• OneMarket Procure to Pay system knowledge preferred but not required.
• Some Accounts Payable knowledge preferred but not required.
