Job Title: Accountant Associate

Location: Beverly Hills

Position Summary

We are looking for an Accountant Associate to join our financial department. Your duties will include compiling and reviewing financial information, preparing financial paperwork, and maintaining records. You will also be required to perform general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Oversee Beverly Hills and Nashville office expenses and implement cost savings strategies
• Prepare, process and track Invoices, check requests and payments
• Copy deposit checks
• Approve check requests
• Input and submit all invoices
• Process, track and reconcile AMEX bill
• Manage charitable donation requests with Co-head approval on costs
• Pull, track, and claim all incoming PA wires
• Make and process all Artist deposits
• Complete daily DTR reports and wire grid emails
• Handle Petty Cash – Reconcile Petty Cash box and Petty Cash checkbook
• Prepare excel grids for all expenses, Charitable Expenses and Quarterly Expenses to review with VP of HR and Nash Co-heads
• Process charitable expenses through online system
• Process and reconcile corporate Staples orders for Nash office
• Additional support for Mailroom responsibilities and Steps event management

Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous accounting experience
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Working knowledge of relevant state, federal, and local regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills.
