Job Description

What You Will Do
• Run monthly revenue accounting close including invoicing, contract analysis, procedures and preparation of monthly revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable for the digital revenue business
• Reconcile and analyze all digital revenue and receivables related accounts including revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivables
• Partner with internal business operations and international teams regarding digital revenue invoices and processes
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Company's revenue and accounting policies
• Assist with internal control process (including SOX) and procedures to ensure compliance
• Maintain reconciliation of GAAP reporting to internal operating metrics and investigate variances if any
• Streamline systems and reporting tools to ensure efficient and accurate recording and proper classification of revenue
• Assist in the quarterly and year-end audit process, actively working with internal & external auditors to ensure the interpretation of revenue recognition accounting principles and Company's policies
• Liaise with external auditors regarding revenue and proactively resolve digital revenue-related issues

Experience
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years relevant corporate and/or public accounting experience
• Working knowledge of US GAAP including revenue recognition principles
• Preparing journal entries and reconciliations for revenue, accounts receivable, and deferred revenue
• Processing high volume transactional sales data and performing variance analysis
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong process and system abilities, Oracle R12 a plus
