Job Description

Busy independent production and distribution company seeks Part-Time Paid Intern to support all departments, particularly Facilities. This is a great opportunity to make contacts and get your foot in the door.

Duties:
• Support all departments with administrative tasks and general office support, particularly Facilities
• Answer phones and cover the reception desk at times
• Receive deliveries, manage inventories, set up meetings, and be readily available for administrative tasks
• Assist with the setup and configuration of video conferences
• Assist with office events, screenings, miscellaneous errands
• Greet guests when they enter office and maintain discretion in the presence of high-profile building guests
• Assist in managing shared calendars for Electric's conference rooms
• Distribution of production-related materials
• Perform industry standard script coverage when requested (training will be provided)
• Attend development meetings when possible
• Cover executives' desks when assistants are out sick
• Assist Maintenance Manager with Facilities-related projects
• Assist with COVID screenings pursuant to company policy

Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), Zoom, and general understanding of technology
• Diligent approach to all tasks and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift 10 pounds
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle and be willing to make work-related runs (mileage reimbursement will be provided)

This will be an onsite job beginning in mid-June. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom. Verification of full COVID vaccination will be required to begin work.

Salary: $15/hr (3 days/wk [average of 29 hours]) + Overtime
