Job Description
Responsibilities

Assistant is responsible for managing all administrative functions for two Development Executives including but not limited to:
• Proactively managing daily schedules/calendars, updating contacts, coordinating travel arrangements, rolling phone calls, ordering office supplies, tracking time off, and submitting expense reports
• Coordinate with high-level internal and external partners on key meetings, pitches and reviews
• Meeting/event preparation, set-up, and follow-up including preparing agendas/materials, booking rooms, connecting A/V, arranging catering, documenting notes, and coordinating follow-up items to completion
• Preparing decks for internal and external presentations
• Preparing daily reading materials and managing distribution to executives
• Tracking and maintaining pitch database
• Reading/covering writing samples and other creative materials
• Entering drive-ons and being the department face when greeting talent and guests
• Attending department meetings (internal and external), and taking notes/transcribing as needed
• Conducting research on an as needed basis to support the development process
• Being accessible for special projects as they arise
• Being the interface with other studio departments including but not limited to HR, Facilities, AT, and any other support functions as needed

Qualifications/Requirements
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Strong writing skills (coverage will be evaluated during the interviewing process)
• Required technical skills: Google Mail and Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office). Photoshop a plus, but not required
• Comfortable dealing with high level executives and talent in a professional and confidential manner
• Demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management
• Eagerness to learn about and contribute to the development and current series process
• Interest in TV, comedy, and animation
• A team player with internship or assistant experience, preferably in an agency or studio environment
• Ability to provide support in an environment where principles of business and creative development are equally important
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, passionate, and positive attitude
• Office coverage requires extended work hours – must be available to work overtime
