Analyst, Video Revenue Operations

I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.

The Analyst, Video Revenue Operations plays a key role in the pre/post sale of digital video advertising campaigns, ensuring Dotdash Meredith wins business, maximizes yield, and meets/exceeds clients' goals. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day video ad operations, including inventory forecasting, pricing and margin review, product solutions, campaign pacing, key performance indicator optimizations, monthly billing, and post-campaign analysis. An ideal candidate is self-motivated and demonstrates excellent analytical and written communication skills. Experience with digital/web video advertising is a plus.

II. Essential Job Function | Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
• Review media plans to ensure correct pricing, product capabilities, achievable goals, and ideal margins
• Monitor and optimize all sold direct and programmatic guarantee sold video campaigns to meet delivery & performance goals per 1p/3p reporting
• Analyze campaign data and optimize efficiently throughout the lifecycle of the advertisement to meet both Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and benchmarks (including viewability and brand safety where appropriate)
• Collaborate with sales on video product/scale strategies to meet client's objectives, budgets, and/OR KPIs
• Manage post-sale video product activation
• Provide campaign reporting and analysis
• Partner with syndication vendors on DDM video content feeds, site list reviews, and campaign execution & performance deliverables
• Basic understanding of video products and metrics

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience

• Digital Ad Servers - Google Ad Manager, DV360, etc.
• Sales Support Systems - Operative, Salesforce, etc.
• Digital Ad Campaign Management Reporting Tools – IAS, Double Verify, Doubleclick, Innovid, etc.
