The role is responsible for providing overall support to the DTC Partnerships Team. Duties include, but are not limited to, meetings coordination, database management, invoice processing and other general administrative support to the department. The role is based in Singapore.
Areas of Responsibility
• Prepare Travel & Entertainment (T&E) claims for the Executive Director, DTC Partnerships SEA and Executive Director, Growth Marketing APAC
• Manage the day to day calendar for both executives
• Make all travel arrangements which includes booking of flights, ticketing, hotel reservation, visa application etc.
• Schedule meetings and manage appointments. Follow up closely to ensure each activity takes place as planned
• Receive guests/overseas visitors, handle daily correspondence (mails, emails, faxes), answer phone calls and take and relay messages in a timely manner
• Manage SAP administration to include PO's and Invoices
• Provide overall administrative support to the DTC Partnerships Team
• Organize weekly dept meetings and follow up with relevant teams, stakeholders
• Organize weekly Finance Deal approval working sessions
• Liase with Integrated Marketing on premiums and Disney+ swag for partners
• Prepare and coordinate Partnership events, such as booking of venue, sending invites, managing RSVP, goodie bags, etc
Requirements
• Preferably a Diploma holder. Candidates with GCE 'O' levels and a minimum of five years relevant working experience in a corporate environment
• Similar experience working with or supporting a senior leader
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A self-starter who is organised, resourceful and able to take initiatives
• Able to multi-task effectively, with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and prompt in follow-ups
• Technology savvy with analytical skills
