Job Description
In this role, you will be part of the Enterprise Talent Management & Internal Mobility team to establish a roadmap and implementation plan for re-imagining performance management across The Walt Disney Company. We are looking for a strategist, innovator, builder, and collaborator who wants to work with a cross-functional team to implement performance management solutions that drive business results and support employees in their growth, development, and career progression.

Experience & Education:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Industrial & Organization Psychology, Organization Development/Behavior, Learning Experience & Instructional Design, Business, or a related field. Master's Degree in a related field preferred.

Functional Capabilities:
• Knowledgeable in HR and Talent Strategies: Understands the big picture of talent management and how talent acquisition, learning and development, leadership development, talent and succession, career development, performance management, and rewards fit together to create a world class experience for employees.
• Visual Storyteller: Experience telling compelling stories in ways that are visually appealing and captivate audiences. Strong PowerPoint skills with knowledge of graphic design principles to tell modern stories. Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite, Articulate 360, and Power BI is highly desired.
• Learning Designer: Understands how adults learn and applies learning models and methodologies in modern ways that leverages technology, appeals to diverse learning styles, and contextualizes learning content to local environments.
• Project Manager: Demonstrated track record of managing complex projects in a highly matrixed environment: Works collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to bring programs from ideation through execution.
• Change Manager: Experience working on new programs and initiatives that require behavior and culture change. Knowledge of change management practices, principles, and methodologies to enable adoption of programs and initiatives.
• Analyzer: Knowledgeable and experienced in using quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze problems and measure impact (e.g., observations, assessments, surveys, interviews, and focus groups); skilled at communicating pre-and post-outcomes clearly and adjusting solutions to increase desired outcomes.

The hiring range for this position in California is $101,926.00 to $136,730.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
