Sr. Workforce Analyst

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into data integration specifications.
• Consult with HR partners to proactively identify and prioritize analytical opportunities to answer key business questions.
• Analyze and document current processes, data flows, and structures for efficiency, accuracy, and consistency, while identifying areas for improvement.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights on metrics for executive-level leadership, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance data and reporting efficiencies, including automation and data audits.
• Collaborate closely with internal community of HR analysts, decision scientists, data engineers and visualization/product analysts to ensure alignment on project prioritization and timely deliverables.
• Initiative to proactively build trusting relationships, ask clarifying questions, share points of view, and connect dots to other relevant projects
• A problem-solving mindset that actively seeks opportunities to minimize complexity for stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, research or a related role.
• Experience in analytics, forecasting, workforce planning, data management, data governance, or Human Resources.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions to meet deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analytics to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with fluid timelines and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Meticulous attention to detail that ensures accuracy in data analysis and reporting with curiosity to independently follow a problem through to root cause.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Familiarity and ability to leverage data programs such as: Microsoft, Snowflake, Smartsheet, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
The hiring range for this position in Burbank is $113,600-$138,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
