As the Sr Manager, Marketing Ops, you will be asked to plan, prioritize and manage short, mid and long-term plans and work schedules to maximize the effectiveness of the Marketing organization as well as our Central Digital Marketing team. You will work closely with SVP overseeing both group and help maintain operations and workflows for the numerous groups within the larger organization.

Responsibilities:
• Project manage Marketing & Central Digital Marketing teams and their initiatives including project plans, issue management, milestone tracking and reporting, budgeting, stakeholder coordination and resource management. Manage and maintain regular cadence for both the Marketing and Central Digital Marketing team's reporting and internal communications.
• Assist in the development of Marketing and Central Digital Marketing organization business plans. Work closely with the SVP of Marketing to monitor activities, volume of incoming communication and competing priorities to ensure that opportunities are maximized and prioritized.
• Cultivate a strong network (formal and informal) of leaders both within the DMED segment and across TWDC.
• Assist in developing presentations, including doing the necessary research and program managing the efforts to collect the necessary data and producing the decks.
• Coordinates and facilitates leadership and other senior team meetings led by the SVP and peers including agenda setting, guest coordination, notes taking, follow-ups and next steps. Monitor and manage budgets as appropriate
• Be a role model for integrity and a champion of Diversity and Inclusion

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years' experience including ~2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong existing network across multiple parts of TWDC and familiarity with tools/processes and culture
• Project and program management experience with strong organizational skills
• Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in roles and processes that are not clearly defined, constantly evolving through self-reliance and resourcefulness
• Proven ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities, time management for self and others
• Demonstrated business savvy and confidence to interface at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated exceptional relationship and partnering skills while leveraging resources appropriately
