Sr. Manager, Creative Talent Development & Inclusion (DGE)

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Sr. Manager, Creative Talent Development and Inclusion (CTDI). You will drive programs and initiatives that connect creative talent with diverse stories to opportunities across Disney General Entertainment Content (DGE). This person will report directly into the VP, CTDI and strategically partner with all lines of business to enable the most inclusive content and creative culture in direct partnership with our teams.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with producers and executives to identify creative talent for scripted and unscripted shows for all levels of physical production for opportunities across DGE (250 pilots and series).
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams across the company and in the wider external community.
• Create and maintain databases that support talent placement and professional development pipeline.
• Taking the lead on special projects for the CTDI team as needed.
• Provide thought leadership and partnership in a rapidly changing business environment.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years in physical production in entertainment.
• Strong working knowledge of the business and creative aspects of development of physical production.
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management.
• A self-starter, who is assertive, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative and high-energy environment.
• A team player who works well with others.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior work experience championing diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Strong relationships within the creative community – executives, agents, writers, producers, etc.
• Background in creative, technology, leadership and DE&I.
• Knowledge of AirTable is a plus.

Required Education:
• BA or equivalent work experience.
