About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Lifecycle Specialist to join our Lifecycle & Growth team in Tokyo. In this role, you'll support our efforts to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through creative, data-informed messaging across our owned marketing channels.
The ideal candidate is organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across creative, programming, marketing, and operations, ensuring our lifecycle campaigns are well-executed from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• Support campaign planning and execution, including ticket filing, deadline tracking, coordination of on-time campaign assets, localized copies and other components delivery.
• Manage the cataloguing and organization of creative assets and messaging copy.
• Workflows and processes improvement and optimization
• Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies by preparing clear, timely briefs.
• Coordinate subscriber perks and loyalty campaigns, including overseeing lottery system outputs and supporting data validation processes.
• Support the planning and execution of cross-functional campaigns by aligning timelines and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Collect and record post-campaign performance data for reporting
• Maintain meticulous campaign documentation to support team visibility and knowledge management.
• Occasionally, coordinate on invoice submissions to the finance team.

• Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English are required.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
