Senior Recruiter, Physical Production Crew (PH)

Supporting the Manager, TA & Crew Development, the Senior Recruiter (12-month Project Hire) will partner with our Production executives and Producers to develop effective sourcing and talent attraction strategies to support the ongoing hiring of heads of department and below-the-line crew in conjunction with production schedules. This role will be responsible for developing an extensive knowledge of the physical production industry, building, and maintaining relationships while creating a pipeline of top talent in the UK. The Senior Recruiter needs to be highly organized, an effective communicator, collaborator and influencer. This role requires a proactive approach with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining client-focused partnership with Production Executives, Production Leaders, and other cross functional partners daily. Responsibilities:
• In partnership with the Manager, TA & Crew Development, provide talent acquisition support for production crew recruiting, inclusive of Heads of Department (HOD's) and below-the-line (BTL) talent
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
• Develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and pipeline high-quality production talent against defined criteria in support of our physical production leads across all studio labels
• Maintain a talent database to ensure we have a pipeline of talent ready to align with the fluctuating production schedules.
• Nurture relationships with external partner organizations while exploring new partnerships
• Continuously develop knowledge of company and departmental objectives, industry challenges, and current market dynamics
• Accurately track and report outreach and submittal activity data to support staffing metrics
• Assist in planning and participating in events with industry partners
• Build strong relationships with Production Executives in Burbank as well as Production leaders on the ground in the UK to understand skills shortages and areas of focus for pipelining

Skills and Experiences:
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, talent agency or within film/tv production
• Demonstrated ability to gather data, intel and communicate insights to help educate leaders on talent in the marketplace
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines
• Proven ability to source from the non-traditional networks
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple talent searches, projects and client relationships simultaneously
• Demonstrated consulting and influencing capabilities
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple talent searches, projects and client relationships simultaneously
• Experience working within talent databases, relationship management tools, and Excel spreadsheets
• Commitment to learning and continuous improvement
• Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
• Comfortable with networking, cold calling, systematic in approach, and a fast activator
• A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
• Experience using social media tools for sourcing efforts including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, Twitter, Facebook, blogs etc.
• Proven ability to support/interact with senior-level leadership and creatives
• Experience recruiting production crew talent is desirable
