Senior Recruiter - 12 mth FTC

This is a 12 month FTC and requires you to be in the office 4 days per week.

Reporting to the TA Manager this role will offer leading-edge recruitment and sourcing methodologies and technology to deliver best in class talent for the business.

You will be responsible for the delivery of The Walt Disney Company recruitment objectives, through provision of a quality driven, cost effective and timely recruitment service to the businesses as well as supporting other Lines of Business / countries, where required.

You will act as a business partner with Line Managers to manage the end to end recruitment service to ensure best in class practices through attraction, sourcing, assessment and selection of candidates, to ensure that we are viewed as an 'Employer of Choice'.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities
• Decide on the most appropriate methodology including direct sourcing, head hunting, advertising, agencies and exploring internal solutions
• Develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders across agreed business areas (LOB / Country) including senior level leaders and HR Business Partners
• Acting as a trusted recruitment partner, taking ownership for the successful conclusion of recruitment assignments
• Ensuring delivery of a service that is customer focused, value-add and cost effective
• Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process creating the hiring strategy for the hiring manager to fully understand the requirements of each vacancy to ensure the shortlisted CVs are of the quality desired.
• Ensuring the global recruitment system (Workday) and data processes are fully utilised and all records are kept up to date and accurate (and in line with GDPR requirements).
• Project work in conjunction with the Director of Talent Acquisition & TA Manager

The Experience We Require From You
• Solid understanding of recruiting across Corporate & Technology
• Proven experience of end-to-end recruitment in an in-house, RPO or agency capacity
• Proven ability to influence, challenge and motivate diverse stakeholders including candidates and, where appropriate, Line Managers
• Proven experience of delivering direct sourcing across multiple different and diverse roles
• Ability to deliver projects to improve ways of working, from inception to delivery
• Experience in a large, multinational corporate environment preferred
• Ability to operate and navigate in an environment of change and ambiguity
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven, corporate environment
• Experience of using an Applicant Tracking system or similar, recruitment-focused software
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social recruiting platforms
• Strong familiarity with Boolean and X-Ray searching techniques
• Experience of managing a requisition list of circa 15-20 varied vacancies concurrently
