As Senior Designer APAC, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of designs for all things digital including rich media display, web based marketing landing pages, and lifecycle email campaigns for APAC regions including Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. You must be a stickler for consistency within brand and style guides, including visual hierarchy, color, typography and animation.

Responsibilities
• Create digital assets for rich media display, web based marketing landing pages, partner platforms and lifecycle email campaigns
• Collaborate with APAC marketing stakeholders to align on deliverables and timing
• Liaise with US design team
• Precise file naming and asset compression
• Contribute to brain-storming and solution based collaborative conversations
• Keeps the design standards of the artistic team at the highest possible level
• Strong team building skills and is able to motivate, nurture and develop Designers
• Ability to work well within a team environment and be able to take direction from Art Directors and Creative Directors
• Drive conceptualization of assigned projects from Art Directors and Creative Directors to ensure delivery of innovative and quality design

Basic Qualifications
• BA/BS in Design, Fine Art, Advertising or relevant field
• MA/MS will be considered an asset
• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working as a Digital Production Designer or similar role
• Must have digital production skills creating digital assets in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign as well as Sketch, HTML and CSS
• Commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, to take direction and to work as part of a team
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has executed rich media display, email campaigns and lifecycle marketing activations
• Candidates who have experience working on sports, lifestyle brands, or entertainment brands are a plus
• Only candidates with portfolios, or examples of their work, will be considered
• Business level English and Korean
