Job Description
This role is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This position requires you to be in the office 4 days per week.

The Opportunity

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager in the Regional Studios team serves as the primary regional lead for the coordination and management of digital marketing strategy and content delivery across all Studios brands (Theatrical and Disney+) including Disney Live Action, Disney Animation, Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel, 20th Century Studios and Searchlight Pictures.

In this role you would support the development of digital marketing strategies for EMEA, as well as management of material creation, localization and rollout for original features and episodic releases. The Senior Manager will work closely with the Regional Social Team to create a cohesive digital marketing strategy across all releases and ensure that all Studios digital content is of the highest quality.

The Senior Manager will support the Digital Marketing Director with annual operational planning, budget forecasting and will be responsible for the total digital marketing and social creative budget across all titles, as well as oversee influencer strategy for all Studio releases across EMEA.

The Senior Manager will maintain relationships with key business stakeholders within Studios and across all lines of business to ensure digital activity is aligned to business needs. The role will work closely with all content developers both in local markets and with US Global teams.

Responsibilities

This role Reports to Digital Marketing Director EMEA/UK. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will directly manage a team of regional Digital Marketing managers & coordinator.

Accountable for:
• Setting EMEA wide digital & social & influencer marketing strategy
• Delivery of content to be used across owned social channels, influencer channels and in support of editorial placements where necessary
• Provide logistical support to help coordinate high profile events including talent tours and premieres including dealing with talent as required
• Managing localisation and rollout of central marketing & content/projects
• Delivery of all campaigns within allocated budgets
• Establishing clear measurement metrics for what campaign success looks like
• Oversight on management of digital creative agencies
• Support the team on any cross-EMEA activations out of London – strategic guidance, agency selection, support on the ground during the events where needed
• Work with team & agencies to establish ROI metrics and KPIs for the campaigns that are uniformed and establish benchmarks

• Studio Marketing Brand Leads, Director of Publicity & line of business leads as necessary
• International Digital Marketing/Publicity Leadership and Marketing team
• EMEA digital, marketing & PR leads (where relevant)

The Experience we require from you:
• Extensive experience in the entertainment industry, specifically within Film & and/or Streaming Services
• Prior experience managing people as this is a people-manager role
• Experience of planning and managing content capture at press junkets and special events, along with delivery of those edited outputs/assets required
• Experience in supporting regional / pan-European digital marketing campaigns
• Proven success in a consumer facing Marketing/PR role within a professional organisation (such as major media companies, publishers, or agencies)
• Experience in talent relations
• Strong numerical analysis and interpretation skills, including process development experience
• Proven experience in influencer campaign activations and management
• Experience in agency briefing, evaluation, selection and management for campaigns or specific digital executions, including KPI setting
