We are looking for a highly motivated and diligent Product Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on business insights, metrics, reporting, and strategic analysis for the Disney Bundle.

Responsibilities:

1.Business Insights and Analysis:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights related to the Disney Bundle's performance, audience behavior, and market trends.
• Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and product improvement based on data-driven findings.
• Lead our cross-functional primary research workstream, helping to drive our research calendar, plan and prioritize formal readouts, and maintain an active hub of past insights and findings.

2.Metrics and Reporting:
• Continue to develop and maintain a robust reporting system to track key performance indicators (KPIs), communicating regular reports to partners at both working team and senior levels across the broader organization.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of marketing initiatives, subscriber metrics, and revenue analysis.

3.Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Support market research and competitive analysis to advise strategic decision-making and positioning within the streaming entertainment space.

4.Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with data, product, marketing, finance, and other key partner teams to pull forward data that supports and builds alignment across strategic priorities and near-term goals.
• Support product launches and updates through effective communication and coordination across teams.

5.Process Improvement:
• Continuously improve processes related to business insights, reporting, and data analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy in decision-making.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Validated experience directly in the entertainment industry or in an analytical or strategic role in a driven environment.
• Proven track record to work with data, numbers, and analytical tools, including working proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Extensive experience with visual storytelling in Google Slides – ability to quickly build new slides and translate complicated ideas into easily digestible visuals
• Ability to support crafting presentations for senior executive audiences – telling a compelling story
• Some experience with data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics) preferred.
• Knowledge of and interest in the streaming entertainment space, including trends and new technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated insights in a clear and compelling manner.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a related field

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $106,764 to $144,220 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
