Job Description
Disney Entertainment Studio Marketing is looking for a Product Marketing Assistant Manager to support Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. This person will play a vital role in crafting Disney+ and Disney Bundle product marketing strategies, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring said strategies to life across on and off-product touchpoints. This person will partner closely with Marketing Strategy, Partnerships, Product Management, Engineering, Creative Design, Data Science, Data Analytics, Research, Viewer Experience, CRM, PR, Social, Legal, Finance, and Regional Marketing teams to drive subscriber engagement and retention.

We're looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative B2C product marketer to help define how we stand out in an increasingly crowded marketplace and deliver a best-in-class experience for our subscriber base. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of and a passion for the streaming/entertainment landscape. Extra points if you're a huge fan of the Disney brand. This person should be an exceptional collaborator and communicator, who is able to manage highly complex projects with minimal oversight. Thisrole will focus primarily on Subscriber Experience and Product Innovation, but will expand to other verticals depending on product roadmap priorities. The candidate should have a clear understanding of the full marketing funnel. The candidate should be knowledgeable about deriving insights from research and data with the ultimate goal of growing an engaged audience for Disney+ and the Disney Bundle.
*Please note that this role is required to be in office 4 days per week in Glendale*

Responsibilities
• Lead conversations with Product Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Marketing Strategy, Consumer Insights, and other various cross-functional stakeholders to support product feature rollouts and enhanced content experience launches
• Oversee subscriber journeys/flows across our varying product experiences within Disney and The Disney Bundle, and consistently serve as ''voice of consumer''
• Create strategic business objectives and translate into clear, actionable campaign strategy briefs; including key messages, target audience definition, and core data KPIs
• Partner with external and adjacent teams at the Walt Disney Company, including brand, studio, synergy, and partner marketing to stay informed of broader company priorities that may have an important impact on The Disney Bundle
• Collaborate with engagement and lifecycle marketing teams as needed to own copy, IP, and product UI consistency across consumer retention and growth touchpoints
• Support the Manager, Product Marketing with the build-out, maintenance, and evolution of greater Subscriber Experience and tech infrastructure product roadmap and initiatives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Synthesize technical aspects of the product, and translate them into effective, digestible customer benefits and value propositions
• Own data storytelling for each initiative, including compiling analytics for in-service executions, and in-market asset performance across global marketing channels

Basic Qualifications
• You have 4+ years of demonstrated experience in B2C product marketing, product management, business strategy, management consulting, or marketing strategy, with deep customer insight and go-to-market experience
• You are a rockstar presenter and have extensive experience persuasively leading complex conversations and discussions with all audiences, ranging from peers to senior leadership
• You are an independent, organized thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly pivot from strategy to strategy with a ''can-do'' attitude
• You have excellent analytical skills including the ability to read & analyze data, set up experiments, prepare and interpret reports for Marketing leadership, and communicate actionable results, findings, and recommendations
• You have a strong business understanding and ability to prioritize and make trade-offs based on impact
• You have a combination of analytical and creative abilities: ability to dive into subscriber data to infer a customer insight, you're able to write a quick headline in a pinch to deliver magical experiences for our subscribers
• You connect teams. You're able to work cross-functionally to get things done and you see new ways for teams to partner together to improve the experience for our subscribers
• You are a complex problem solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and suggesting ways to address complex problems
• You have experience working with global teams and understand the different incentives teams have entering into a project and you work to drive alignment
• You have the ability to manage interdependent, complex projects and keep various work streams on track with little oversight or guidance - recognizing when to elevate key information to managers and leaders

Education
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• MBA preferred

The hiring range for this position in CA is $101,926 to $136,730 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
