The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber acquisition & driving Disney Streaming's profitability business objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and outstanding attributes of every step in the marketing funnel.
The Paid Social Associate will help the Growth Marketing team drive subscriber growth for Disney+. The Paid Social Associate will support the team in developing and implementing paid social strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion & efficiency globally, across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Twitter/X.
Responsibilities:
• Apply paid social strategy and handle within social channels (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snap, etc.)
• Assist in strategy, campaign structure, paid media optimizations, and ad content (including strategic recommendations on creative content and messaging)
• Optimize budget across platforms and tactics to deliver positive return on marketing spend
• Track, monitor, and optimize performance against key KPIs
• Research, develop, and test new audience segments (i.e. retargeting, lookalikes, custom audiences, etc.)
• Support ongoing creative and landing page experimentation and testing
• Recommend new paid social and potential influencer strategies
• Implement QA process
Basic Requirements
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years paid social advertising experience.
• Deep knowledge of & proficiency in social platforms (Meta/Snapchat/TikTok most vital)
• Experience with direct response campaigns + objectives
• Ability to partner with analytics team to use real-time data, testing, and campaign findings to successfully optimize and lead campaigns
• Ability to strategically assess new opportunities and make data driven decisions resulting in tangible improvements in performance
• Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and multifaceted environment
• A strong communicator with a can-do, positive demeanor and a strong desire to get things done
Preferred Requirements:
• Global experience
• Experience with 3rd party campaign management platforms (i.e. Sprinklr, Smartly, 4C)
The hiring range for this position in New York is $73,226 to $136,290 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
