In this role, you will be part of the DMED Org & Talent Solutions team and be a partner to our People Insights COE to establish a roadmap and implementation plan for rolling out our People Insights Products across our 23,000+ employee population across over 50 countries globally. We are looking for a project manager, strategist, collaborator and partner who wants to implement projects and programs to tell meaningful stories with data to win hearts and minds, and most importantly, drive action.

Responsibilities:

People Insights Products Roll-out and Implementation:
• Partner with the Org & Talent Solutions team to launch and manage Employee Lifecycle Surveys and other insights products across the globe.
• Project manage the rollout of scalable people insights solutions with responsibilities including but not limited to: developing project plans, engaging stakeholders, devising communication plans, tracking status, creating performance measures, and developing trainings, tools, and resources to support program implementation.
• Support the Senior Manager in hosting regular calls to ensure all domestic and regional stakeholder teams have the necessary guidance, tools, resources and support to roll-out survey programs, communications, feedback, and action planning.
• Prepare presentations to orient stakeholders to the strategy and plan, ensuring awareness and understanding of timelines, roles, and actions to ensure effective implementation.
• Support the design and facilitation of readiness workshops to ensure consistent global principles and strong local execution for context, culture, and local market/country considerations.
• Leverage change management principles and survey best practices to drive adoption of people insights products, active listening strategy, and new survey feedback and action planning approach.
• Lead the DMED Survey Rep Community to equip HR survey champions with the information, tools, and resources needed to effectively drive the active listening strategy in each business.
• Monitor Employee Survey participation rates and partner with the communications teams to implement creative solutions to drive employee participation.

Basic Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• B.A. or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Industrial & Organization Psychology, Consumer Insights, People Analytics, Research, Organization Development/Behavior, or Business. Graduate degree with a focus in similar concentration areas a plus.
• Collaboratively partners with stakeholders to identify needs and develop solutions.
• Operates with a global mindset while fostering the open exchange of ideas between all stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders; resolves conflict quickly with a bias towards developing win-win solutions.
• Has a natural curiosity to continuously ask ''what's possible'' and an ability to bring those concepts to reality.
• Able to compellingly communicate complex concepts in simple ways to employees at all levels, including large-group settings.
• Develops new ideas, seeing issues from multiple angles, acting with a sense of curiosity and urgency to transport innovations from other areas, and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Raises the bar on performance for themselves and team/partners, inspiring others to deliver on timelines; facilitates outcomes while brining stakeholders along the journey.
• Knows how to tell compelling stories in ways that are visually appealing and captivate audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong project management skills and ability to bring stakeholders along the journey when facilitating outcomes and manage a portfolio of global programs
• Strong analytical mind and organizational skills, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking and able to navigate a complex and dynamic environment – 'navigate the gray'.
• Strong detail orientation while also being able to demonstrate concept and data-driven storytelling to help deliver insights in a powerful way that lead to action.
• Working knowledge of people insights, survey research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and data mining to derive insights and tell holistic stories about our workforce.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with knowledge of graphic design principles to tell visually appealing, modern stories. Experience with creative software solutions like the Adobe suite is a plus.
• Experience working with Survey tools such as Qualtrics and Microsoft Forms is a plus.

This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
