Marketing Strategy Coordinator (Disney+)
Disney+ is looking for a marketing strategy coordinator to support global marketing campaigns as the streaming service embarks on its exciting next chapter. As an essential addition to the Marketing Strategy team, the coordinator acts as a key liaison between partners across The Walt Disney Company as Disney+ marketing strategies are developed and campaigns brought to life.
Reporting to the Manager, Brand and Marketing Strategy for Disney+, this role will support day-to-day operations and execution of campaigns and strategies for Disney+ and Disney Bundle. This individual will be responsible for coordinating meetings and agendas, creating and updating key marketing documents, and managing resources to aid team and advance campaign planning.
They will work closely with their partners across the Disney+ marketing team including Creative, Product, Partnerships, Growth, Media, Synergy, Social and Digital, Publicity and Communications, Lifecycle, and Research, as well content marketing teams across Disney Entertainment to build full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement for Disney+. Additionally, this person will work closely with international marketing teams to support brand campaigns globally, as well as the Hulu marketing team to support the Hulu on Disney+ subscriber experience.

Responsibilities:
• In partnership with Manager and Director of Marketing Strategy, support day-to-day operationalization and campaign development for Disney+ brand strategy and Disney Bundle.
• Contribute to marketing strategy development and campaign planning process for Disney+ and Disney Bundle including brand, season, audience-targeted, and promotional campaigns
• Develop, update, and format marketing strategy documents and resources for the larger cross-functional marketing team
• Build Google Slide and Keynote presentations for brand campaigns including Go-To-Market and post-mortem decks
• Serve as key global contact for international Disney+ brand marketing campaigns
• Act as a key point of contact for partners across the enterprise including Disney Entertainment Studios, Television, and Disney Experiences
• Maintain confidential information with all levels of employees including executives.
• Support the team with daily workflow, projects, and priorities including scheduling meetings, assembling agendas, managing invite and distribution lists, taking notes, sharing recap emails, and team updates.
• Be ready to brainstorm big ideas and innovative ways to elevate the Disney+ brand and connect deeper with our consumers
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ year of previous work experience with relevant field preferred, internships included (i.e. marketing, brand management, project management, advertising/media, etc.)
• Understanding of marketing landscape, particularly in the streaming space
• Passion for entertainment and media
• Experience working with highly matrixed marketing organizations
• High degree of competency around marketing strategy and campaign planning and management
• Strong attention to detail and follow through, with limited supervision
• Ability to work independently
• Flexible and adaptable to change including the addition of new responsibilities as priorities change
• Ability to work for different people in the department and prioritize projects to efficiently meet deadlines
• Expertise with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Mac proficient
Preferred Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of marketing mix, principles, and metrics
• Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop) knowledge preferred by not required.
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $57,900 to $77,500 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
