As part of The Walt Disney Company's Studio & Integrated Marketing team, the Marketing Asset Coordinator will support the Disney+ marketing team by delivering campaign and social assets for Disney+ brand and content marketing activity.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, enjoy moving at pace, and have exceptional time and people management capabilities. And of course, it would help to love our brands as much as we do!

Your main areas of responsibility will include:
• Localise and/or create marketing campaign assets for all paid channels ie social, digital, OOH, radio, transit, retail, TV
• Prepare presentations, pitch documents, creative briefs, and campaign summaries
• Have a detailed knowledge of asset specs and deadlines and work closely with our media agency to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate relationship with any third parties required to seek approval for local use of content for marketing purposes
• Brief creative agencies as required and coordinate approvals with the US and regional Disney + teams as needed in association with Marketing Executive
• Collaborate with broader team to drive innovative, ''best in class'' campaigns

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
• Tertiary degree qualification in marketing or similar
• 1-2 years' experience within a business environment
• Understanding the importance and implementation of Corporate Brand Guidelines
• Exposure to localising and creating marketing assets would be an advantage
• Superior organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, diverse relationships and projects
• Creative and innovative – challenges the status quo and seeks new and better ways of doing things
• Results focused – strong sense of urgency and ability to work in deadline driven environment
