Manager, Licensed Marketing (Hulu)

As the Manager, Licensed Marketing, you will play a key role on Hulu's Brand Marketing team - leading partnerships with prominent content partners to elevate awareness of and engagement with our licensed content library. You'll be responsible for working with the Senior Manager on strategy and execution of integrated marketing plans for some of the most popular titles on Hulu. The role will require excellent organizational and communication skills, a creative and collaborative spirit, and a passion for content marketing.

The ideal candidate should love TV and entertainment, have a great attitude, exemplary organization skills and collaborate with different functions. Partner marketing skills and knowledge of working with strategy, media, creative, and content teams is desired.

In this role, you will work closely with many Hulu and The Walt Disney Company teams, including media, creative, PR, CRM, social, content acquisition, growth and engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Reporting into the Senior Manager, you will manage licensed content partner relationships with Freeform, ABC, and ABC Signature, to support our partners in achieving mutually beneficial business objectives (driving awareness, linkage, engagement, and acquisition).
• Serve as a campaign manager to develop the strategy and launch plans for licensed and exclusive shows
• Brief in-house or external agencies and develop custom creative ideas and assets for campaigns that will drive linkage to Hulu and hit KPIs.
• Support brand campaigns and drive the strategy for content/fan-focused campaigns, such as true crime, unscripted, sitcoms and more
• Work cross-functionally to achieve business goals, including collaborating with media, creative, PR, CRM, on-channel, social, content acquisition, bundle, research, and more.
• Compile metrics, data, and analysis on campaigns and offer suggestions for optimization.
• Oversee licensed media and production budgets relevant to your campaigns.
• Keep a pulse on the larger licensed TV ecosystem and entertainment culture, identifying white space opportunities to activate around.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of professional experience working in a fast-paced environment, media/TV company a plus
• Experience writing briefs, leading campaign strategies, and managing partner relationships.
• Works exceptionally well with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to think outside the box who loves strategy but also enjoys the creative process and comfortable with data.
• Loves the TV/entertainment industry and is entrenched in the culture
• Possesses outstanding organizational and time management skills.

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $102,000.00 to $136,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $102,000 to $136,700 Per Year ($ USD)
