The CS Physical team is responsible for the sales, distribution and marketing
of cinematic releases per year across the Marvel, Lucas, Disney, Pixar, 20 th Century , S earchlight, and New Regency brands.
The role is responsible for assisting in delivering an effective, timely and accurate AOP, Forecast, FYP and close process across a group
of markets along with completing regional costs and consolidation. The role requires effective collaboration with financial and non-financial business partners, working with key budget holders as needed and proact ive identification of opportunities for business improvement . This role will also assist the Finance Manager i n the FP&A of localisation costs as well as support of this team working as necessary with the various Finance teams.

Delivery-
• Review specific cost centres to identify issues,
opportunities and possible solutions and flag them to senior colleagues or business managers as appropriate
• Generate reports using finance and accounting systems to provide accurate data for use by colleagues/the business
• Take responsibility for regular quarterly activities ( e.g. quarter end close tasks etc.) to ensure effective financial administration for CS- Physical
• Ensure effective delivery of forecasting and budgeting processes to support CS- Physical
• Analyse reporting data to identify themes and trends and highlight these to relevant business managers together with a view on the wider possible implications – e.g. New release performance, market trends etc.
• Prepare forecasts and liaise with Licensors on their forecasts and monthly reporting to identify issues, opportunities and possible solutions and flag them to senior colleagues
or business managers as appropriate
• Provide financial support to multiple budget owners across multiple geographies, ensuring all budgeting, forecasting and financial processing is delivered on time and to high quality standards
• Share knowledge effectively across the function to facilitate good financial management and support the development of others
• Accurate tracking of localisation costs (dubbing, voiceover and subtitling) across all LOBs for all financial planning cycles, questioning variance drivers for line manager review
Business partnering-
• Build relationships with key budget holders to provide specialist advice, guidance and support to help Motion Pictures' financial management
• Work directly with business managers to provide basic financial support and reporting, advising them of trends and issues accordingly
• Assist more senior colleagues in preparing presentations to communicate clear financial messages to the business
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
Level
of experience, Qualifications and People Management experience
Degree level essential and Accounting qualification (may be part qualified) e.g. ACCA, CIMA
E xperience of an equivalent analytics role.
Experience of supporting commercial management to a high standard and working with the Regional Finance and Commercial head office
Skills Required

Office and financial software applications
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to produce clear and insightful analysis hat deliver key messaging at the appropriate level
