Due to an internal secondment, The Walt Disney Company is currently seeking our next super star Exhibition Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for the planning and activation of strategic exhibition marketing campaigns, and experiential launches for all Theatrical releases, that drive cinema-going frequency.

In partnership with the Sales and Integrated Marketing teams and key external trade partners (Event Cinemas, Village Cinemas and Hoyts Cinemas), this role is responsible for delivering brand-building campaigns that uphold our position as the #1 studio in Australia and NZ, drive admissions and profitable box office revenue for The Walt Disney Company.

To be successful in this role, along with the required technical experience, you will be someone who has outstanding communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage, influence, and drive results. Your innate sense of design and commitment to quality will shine through your work and your creative and innovative mind set will enable you to challenge the status quo and thrive through continuous improvement. While film and entertainment experience is not essential for this role, you will have a passion and knowledge for film, cinema, and our brands.

Your main areas of responsibility will include:
• Lead Australia and New Zealand exhibition marketing function as part of Studio business in ANZ
• Pro-actively build and maintain positive relationships with exhibition partners (emphasis on 3 major circuits) and be a participator in the industry
• Manage Exhibition Marketing Executive along with being active member of Studio team
• Represent ANZ in Global Promotions and Cinema Partnerships Team – to deliver raise local needs, share information, results and present best practice
• Manage theatrical budget requirements for each allocated theatrical title. Responsibility for working within budget across all titles and circuits.
• Work with other areas of Disney business to build cross-LOB plans to support launches that are cross company / cross Franchise across exhibition partners

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• 5-6 years' experience in a marketing role within a business environment
• Tertiary degree qualification in marketing or similar
• Experience in pitching and executing promotional campaigns
• Cross function/cross business team engagement and matrix environment working and reporting
• Superior organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, diverse relationships and projects
• The willingness to contribute and work within a team environment and always consider as a priority ''what is best for the business''
