Job Description
20th Century Studios is looking for a new Executive Assistant in VFX. This position will be expected to cover phones, handle scheduling, expenses, and other admin duties for the Vice President, VFX.
Responsibilities:
• Roll calls & answer phones
• Schedule internal & external meetings
• Maintaining calendar
• Preparing and submitting expense reports
• Liaising with other Disney executives and assistants, internally and externally
• Representing the department in a professional manner
• Supporting departmental projects as needed
• Maintaining interpersonal, organizational documents and monitoring the status of deliverables
• Assisting in the preparation of meetings
• Maintaining files
• Processing vendor invoices
• Coordinating domestic and international travel
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer literacy
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work well and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible
• Strong people skills, including working effectively as part of a team
• Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
• Knowledge of SAP purchase orders and expense reports is preferred
The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, California is $52,400.00 to $70,200.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
