Executive Assistant, Synergy, Integrated Planning & Affiliate Marketing (DET)
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Synergy, Integrated Planning & Affiliate Marketing at Disney Entertainment Television (DET). This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling strategic alignment across DET's portfolio of brands and content. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and handle all travel arrangements and expense reporting with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide general administrative support including maintaining documents, ordering supplies, and managing contact databases
• Attend key meetings to take notes, track action items, and update planning tools and marketing calendars
• Support the Synergy, Integrated Planning & Affiliate Marketing teams on a wide variety of initiatives, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism
• Coordinate and assist in the execution of special projects, synergy activations, and custom marketing integrations across multiple Disney brands
• Prepare presentation decks, communications materials, and internal planning documents as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in entertainment or media
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and Zoom
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, high level of professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of administrative experience on a high volume desk
• Interest in media, television, or film and a strong understanding of the entertainment industry
• Experience supporting marketing, synergy, content strategy, or social media teams
• Prior experience working within a studio or streaming environment
Required Education:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $58,700 to $78,600 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
