Executive Assistant, Post Production & Innovation (Disney Branded Television)

The Post Production & Innovation team is seeking an Executive Assistant who will be an exceptional addition to our fast-paced and cross-functional division. As Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the SVP and the VP of Live Action Post Production, while also serving as a resource to support Production team leadership as needed. This is a high-visibility role that requires discretion, adaptability, and a strong ability to stay organized in a fast-evolving, creative environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating priorities across animation and live action post production, with a curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging workflows and innovation initiatives. This person will work closely with leaders in post, production, and innovation, helping the team stay focused, efficient, and well-coordinated.

Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars for the SVP and VP, including scheduling, prioritization, and meeting preparation
• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports across supported leaders
• Review schedules to ensure appropriate prep time and assist with meeting materials as needed
• Support communication and coordination between post production, production, and innovation teams, as well as broader DBT departments, corporate divisions, and external partners
• Organize and prepare for internal and external meetings (Zoom/Teams logistics, decks, agendas, notes
• Attend select meetings to take notes, summarize key points, and track follow-ups
• Maintain awareness of top priorities and assist in triaging requests and managing time-sensitive issues
• Track action items and deliverables across key initiatives and ensure timely resolution
• Support occasional events or working sessions for internal trainings, demos, or cross-functional meetings
• Assist lightly with document organization, project tracking, or Airtable entries, particularly around R&D or innovation pilot projects when needed
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years' experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a studio, network, or agency setting
• Proven success managing complex calendars, travel, and expenses for senior executives
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interfacing with all levels of leadership
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion
• Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and a ''can-do'' approach; no task too big or small
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with Airtable, Microsoft Teams, and Concur is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years' experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a studio, network, or agency setting
• Experience supporting a VP or equivalent executive
• Familiarity with post production workflows and terminology, particularly within animation and live action
• Interest in or exposure to emerging technology and innovation in media workflows
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving team structure with shifting priorities

Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $58,700.00 to $78,600.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
