We have an exciting opportunity within our Walt Disney Motion Picture Production team for an Executive Assistant.

The Executive Assistant position in Creative will provide administrative support by covering phones, scheduling, expenses and other administrative duties for the Senior Vice President, Production. In addition, this individual will get to learn and be a part of the creative development process.

Responsibilities:
• Roll calls and maintain phone sheet
• Manage calendar for executive including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally
• Preparing and submitting expense reports
• Liaising with executives, talent and other assistants internally and externally
• Representing the department in a professional manner
• Supporting departmental projects as needed
• Maintaining organizational documents and monitoring status of incoming script submissions
• Assisting in the preparation of meetings
• Coordinating domestic and international travel for executive and talent

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively to solve problems
• Highly detailed oriented with superior organizational skills
• Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Keynote
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly
• Detail oriented with the ability to work well and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible
• Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
• Minimum of 2 years' experience at a Studio, Production Company, Literary or Talent Agency
• Has an interest/passion for film development and production

The hiring range for this position in California is $57,810 to $77,550 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
