Executive Assistant, Content, Education & Inclusion (DBT)

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Content, Education, and Inclusion for Disney Branded Television. This team is responsible for supporting and advancing Disney Branded Television's strategy to honor diverse perspectives by promoting equity and inclusion through culturally resonant content, and by fostering and retaining diverse voices.

Responsibilities:
• Heavy scheduling
• Develop familiarity with all projects in the department
• Attending staff meetings and documenting agenda items discussed
• Interface with employees for information, research, administrative materials, etc.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts
• Process expense reports
• Preparation and typing of documents (presentations, itineraries)
• Hospitality and event coordination
• Management of special projects as required
• Booking/coordination of travel – both domestic and international

Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years' administrative experience, preferably at an executive level
• Strong ability to handle scheduling across multiple departments, along with strong phone etiquette
• Exceptional ability to create professional presentations, including video clips
• Experience booking domestic travel arrangements
• Strong people and organizational skills
• Proven ability to problem solve, prioritize and multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Keynote
• Experience with Workday

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficient in MAC

Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience

The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $51,100 to $70,290 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

The Disney General Entertainment Content group creates original entertainment and news content for the Company's streaming platforms and its cable and broadcast networks.

This position is with ABC Cable Networks Group, which is part of a business we call Disney General Entertainment Content.
