Job Description

We are looking for a Dubbing Specialist to collaborate with the Director and oversee the localization of theatrical and/or streaming content. You will ensure the highest artistic, linguistic, and technical standards throughout the process, delivering localized versions that remain faithful to the original creative vision.
This role requires fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Spanish (Spain), with exceptional grammar and writing skills. Strong technical knowledge of sound production and recording environments is highly valued. Musical training or a refined musical ear is considered an asset, as the role includes musical supervision.
This is a fixed term contract and will require the candidate to work 4 days a week at the office.

Key Responsibilities
• Select creative teams (directors, translators) to align with brand guidelines and creative vision.
• Oversee casting and talent selection to reflect filmmakers' intentions.
• Provide creative supervision of scripts, recordings, and mixes for top-quality localized versions.
• Review and approve subtitles for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain internal platforms and databases up to date.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams in dubbing studios to deliver polished final products.
• Communicate effectively with studios, Business Units, UK, Burbank, and the local Director.
• Keep the Director informed of key issues and escalate concerns promptly.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze and review budgets to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
What We Expect of You
• Full fluency in English.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in quality control (dubbing and subtitling).
• Musical background or refined musical ear (highly valued).
• Technical knowledge of recording environments (highly valued).
• Availability to travel and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
