This role is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This position requires you to be in the office 4 days per week.
An opportunity has become available to join Disney's EMEA Content Sales team as a Deal Management Executive!
This role offers an exciting opportunity within the Content Sales team covering the largest territory footprint in the EMEA region, responsible for selling Disney's extensive content library (including Disney, 20th Century Fox, and National Geographic) across linear and transactional channels, such as TV channels or online stores. You can play a pivotal role in facilitating effective client relationships across 70 markets, ensuring Disney's enchanting content reaches Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Africa, and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The Opportunity and Responsibilities
In this role, you would be working closely with Sales Team and with Deal Management Senior Manger to provide pre- and post-sales support across all media in CEE, Africa and CIS territories. You would be tasked to provide accurate availability and deal information to Front Line Sales and clients. You would also deal with interpretation of deal terms, accurately recording deal information and working closely with team members and other departments to trigger all post-sales activities.
Responsibilities
• Act as deal and client data administrator
• Accurate and timely recording of all components of deal information (and amendments) in the systems
• Assistance in development of availability lists for Sales
Adheres to defined business processes, taking opportunities to improve such processes where available
• Drives to continually develop knowledge of the product slate, media types & the territory environment (including customers & market dynamics)
Pre-Sales Coordination
• Providing information on programmes & product availability to Sales, other internal team members & external parties including production teams
• Identifying outstanding client selections, life of series commitments and TBA availability dates, and working with Deal Management Manager to ensure all client licensing obligations are met
• Liaising with tech servicing in relation to availability of dub/sub tracks where applicable.
Post-Sales Coordination
• Inputting deal details as required into the relevant system(s), based on information supplied by Sales and/or Legal teams
• Upkeep of all data required for transactional deals (i.e. rate card, pricing levels, age ratings (where applicable), client specific data)
The experience we require from you
• Experience of working in an international environment, preferably TV distribution
• Strong IT skills/database experience in order create Deal Profile Summary Production
• Experience in maintaining ongoing reports
• Knowledge of Deal Structures
• Proficiency in Excel
