Job Description
Disney+ Creative Materials Coordinator (6 months FTC)

Reporting to the Creative Marketing manager, this role will require the production of promotional materials, as well as their approval and delivery, for the successful implementation of Disney+ creative strategy, according to the overall Brand Strategy. This creative development includes areas such as Media Planning, Big Ideas, Social Media Content, Press Media Kit and PR, Performance, Customer Management, Partnerships, and Synergy.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities
• Creation and localisation of assets for the correct development of marketing campaigns.
• Be responsible for all creative assets having the same look and feel, message, and coherent in achieving brand guidelines.
• Management of the material requests to the international teams.
• Translations and adaptations of international assets.
• Assist with local and international approval processes.
• Follow-up projects and orders with the different agencies: media, creative, production, and design to achieve deadlines and timings.
• Management and follow-up of materials workflow - technical needs, formats, campaign taxonomy, etc.
• Collecting and categorizing all campaign creatives to facilitate the access to them by all members of the team.
• Tracking and monitoring of actions of the competition, from a design and creative point of view.
• Preparing periodic reports related to best practices in our sector and market in collaboration with Creative Materials Supervisors.
• Preparing creative post-mortems reports to get learnings and best practices for next highlighted campaigns and communications.

The Experience We Require From You:
• At least 4-5 years in a similar position: marketing creative background, post-production video experience or creative agency.
• Spanish & English language proficiency required.
• Background in design software such as Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Knowledge of print production and digital design.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in graphic design, marketing & creative agency experience is a plus.
• University degree
