Business Operations is the glue of DE&E Technology, with a persistent focus on connecting all the pieces of the business. All the components that make up the organization – engineering, product, design, operations, support and more – come together and move the business forward with oversight, effective prioritization, and guidance. This team synthesizes information from across the business to ensure leaders are armed with all the necessary data before making strategic and financial decisions. From forecasting, funding, tracking, and reporting on projects, to ways of working, and resource management, Business Operations has transparency and input into all aspects of the team.

The Business Operations team is seeking a Coordinator to join our Resource Management organization. Our Resource Management team focuses on human-centered environments & resources. This is an ever-evolving ecosystem including everything work-space related that impacts our employees' ability to do their best work and get the most out of our in-office workspace. This position will also focus on building strong adjacencies amongst our teams and with partners within our physical footprint to continue enabling productivity and to drive collaboration. This position will work closely and collaboratively with internal as well as external stakeholders and will be looked to as a partner of choice to ensure continued strong relationships such as Corporate Real Estate, Design & Delivery, Facilities, Move Services, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Finance, Legal, and Communications to optimize our operations.

Responsibilities:

As a Coordinator on this team, you will play a central role in the care of our spaces, tracking of locations of teams as well as individual team members, logging of information, space / desk moves, care and positioning of technology equipment at desks and within spaces, kitchen program coordination, and issue tracking / resolution. In addition to contributing to the success of space management initiatives, you will help to ensure the best possible employee experience within our physical office spaces. You will also compile internal communications including written memos and presentation decks & help to maintain process documentation while striving to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. You will have visibility across the organization. This position will report to the Director, Resource Management.
• Space modifications to / from hoteling or other
• Decommissions of technology equipment
• Coordination of large moves, including move prep, logging, tracking, move books, and partnership with move services.
• Detailed space assessments within our allocated footprint, validations, audits, and updates
• Tracking of spaces and occupancy assessments
• Partner with HR on carry-through of regular system updates pertaining to location information.
• Hoteling and space planning software updates, monitoring, and data pulls for use in department space strategy and go-forward decisions by Resource Management and department leaders.
• Connection point with admins who are based locally across our various offices for their in-field expertise and carry-through of priorities such as conference room / equipment functionality, kitchen programs, parking, and in-office services such as copiers / shipping / telecommunications.
• Compose and deliver status on initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in space management, facilities, and/or employee experience work experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent computer proficiency, on Mac as well as PC (ie Keynote, Microsoft office suite), and ability to learn new software.
• Highly effective communicator, both verbally and written.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and a global network of internal and external partners.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products and businesses.
• A natural problem solver.
• Ability to work with the highest degree of confidentiality.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and partnering capabilities with the ability to develop strong working relationships.

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $64,800 to $89,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
