Coordinator, Media Management (Disney Entertainment Television)

The Disney Entertainment Television Marketing Operations Team partners with the Walt Disney Company's creative content organizations and creative marketing teams to produce and deliver unparalleled marketing content globally in a deadline driven high volume environment. Marketing Operations manages and provides asset and media management, post production operations and services, and creative technology support in an agile workflow, using cutting edge and custom software and tools, to streamline the creation and launch of thousands of successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. When you turn on your television, smart device or however you consume content, you will interact with media to which this team has contributed.
The Media Management team is the bridge between Show Productions and Internal Marketing, Publicity and Sales teams. As a Coordinator, you will work closely with the Media Management team. In this position, you will serve as the organizational hub for the team helping to provide support when needed. You will be responsible for the ongoing management of team shared documents/grids, liaise with internal departments and track Show Metadata. This role will also oversee smaller Media Management assignments and oversee various team projects from start to end.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the archival and retrieval of physical media at storage facility.
• Coordinate shuttle drive returns from vendors.
• Onboarding of vendors/agencies and account management.
• Maintain accurate list of external users on asset management and distribution platforms.
• Coordinate training and tutorials.
• Help with media deletions process.
• Input and update Show metadata on internal Marketing database (new show entries, assignments, bookings, episode synopsis, cast list, etc.).
• Update and maintain shared drive documents (assignment charts, SAP vendor list, accounting numbers, etc.).
• Assist with external facing guides and workflow docs.
• Document Special Project information.
• Provide vendors with finished spots.
• Help provide coverage when team member(s) are out.
• Track TV industry special events.
Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in media management, post production or related role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Keynote, Teams.
• Computer skills, Mac knowledgeable, familiarity with Office 365.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Must have strong relationship building and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills, keeping manager informed on completed tasks and status of current tasks at hand.
• Ability to work with highly confidential material.
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written.
• Ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity of Disney Television content and an appreciation for the brand is a plus.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $53,300.00 to $71,300.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
