The Growth Strategy Associate (Bundle Insights & Reporting) will support the Bundle Growth Strategy team by driving the reporting process and supporting growth strategy. Successful candidates must have experience with and a passion for process improvement, reporting, and strategic analysis. Working for The Disney Bundle team, this individual will be required to successfully navigate and coordinate across multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure holistic alignment around key marketing and product initiatives.

We're looking for an analytical and collaborative strategic thinker to help define how we stand out in an increasingly crowded marketplace. This role will not only drive growth for The Disney Bundle but also help create compelling narratives based on data-driven insights.

The Bundle is a team sport. As a leader in this cross-brand, cross-functional team, you'll be expected to embrace and evangelize our collaborative mission and lead by example when it comes to collective goal setting and diligent follow-through.

Responsibilities
• Produce bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing executive reports and other ad-hoc
• reporting as needed
• Streamline and consolidate existing dashboards to provide a holistic view of the Disney
• Bundle performance
• Proactively improve and develop new marketing dashboards and competitive intelligence
• as needed
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to raise data issues and
• discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams to solve and report out on solutions
• Have a firm grasp of product complexities, eligibility requirements, and expected results
• in order to sense check weekly reports and data
• Conduct competitive marketing research and analysis to guide overarching Bundle strategy
• Support ad-hoc deck creation and socialization for new key initiatives as they arise
• Supports quantitative sizing of key initiatives based on internal and external data resources

Qualifications
• 2+ years of reporting, analytics, and strategic experience
• Excellent presentation skills – ability to create a compelling narrative, paired with strong
• written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating executive level presentations with limited supervision
• Experience or willingness to learn SQL, Tableau, and Looker
• Experience partnering with data science teams to build dashboards and other data

• Ability to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities
• Able to get your foot in the door across the organization to influence cross-functional
