The Addressable Inventory & Yield Analytics Team's (a subset of the Revenue & Yield Management Team) primary responsibilities include digital inventory management, deal approvals, sponsorship forecasting, avails reporting, campaign under-pacing diagnosis, and so much more! The group oversees digital inventory on Hulu but partners closely with inventory leads across other Disney brands. The group consistently interacts with Sales, Pricing & Planning, Operations, Marketing, Client Solutions, Finance and Revenue Analytics.
Job Summary:
The Addressable Inventory & Yield Analytics team is seeking a Digital Inventory Analyst who will be an exceptional addition to our growing team. As a Digital Inventory Analyst, you will leverage data to evaluate performance, analyze strategies to optimize yield and implement best-practices to support growth across business units. You will support inquiries and communicate microlevel trends to support sales operation and effectively drive yield. Your insights will contribute to the team's data structure and design POV and you will work closely with teammates to help drive enhancement requirements. The right person for this role is a highly motivated problem-solver who is comfortable interpreting large data sets and communicating results throughout a sales organization. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
• Report on and provide insight into business verticals and metrics. Analyze, review and report usage trends and inventory delivery performance
• Manage, track and optimize the use of ad (video + display) inventory
• Evaluate and forecast sales sponsorship opportunities as well as new targeting, packaging and product offerings
• Work with stakeholder teams to drive insights around and further build on the Inventory Analytics team's Audience Targeting and reporting automation strategies
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across the Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product and Content teams
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of digital media experience (preferably in inventory and operations)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel modeling); proficiency in querying (SQL) a plus
• Proficient working in ad serving and ad management tools (Operative One, YieldEx, Salesforce)
• Comfortable with large datasets and familiar with digital inventory trends
• Quantitative thinker; comfortable dealing with large and/or incomplete data sets
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills. Collaborative work style / team player
• Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to challenge status-quo and think big
• Ability to work in a fast-changing work environment

The hiring range for this position is $76,800 - $93,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
