Senior Visual Designer (Graphic Production Disney+)

Job Brief
The Sr Visual Designer (Graphic Production) participates in and manages the production of creative marketing campaigns, which can range from static ads, landing pages, email design, & motion graphics across various platforms. The role requires working closely with Creative Leadership, Art Directors, Design Project Managers and marketing partners, to help support the production process of each campaign. Responsibilities include working to help with intake, upload and download of Key Art, support creative leads on versioning artwork, maintain the QC process such as file formatting and taxonomy, project archiving and delivery as well as tracking asset deliveries and maintaining airtable boards of available artwork. The candidate needs to be resourceful, contribute significantly to the design and production process.

Responsibilities
• Ensure all creative deliverables and assets adhere to standards, and manages QC through post and delivery;
• Support Creative/Art Directors with the production of digital marketing assets, through manipulation and photoshop compositing and versioning of creative assets for global marketing campaigns
• Partnering with Project Management, source and track creative assets, as needed, and maintaining available artwork tracker
• Organizing and naming files appropriately for team members, vendors and agency partners
• Archive all projects; working with creative leadership and Project Managers to maintain documentation and asset management dashboard.
• Anticipate and resolve conflicts diplomatically; facilitate effective communication within and across teams.
• Communicate regularly re: process gaps or areas to improve; work transparently to identify areas for process improvement.
• Stay current on industry and technology trends
Qualifications
• 5+ years' experience in a graphic/visual design and/or motion graphics environment as a graphics producer
• Experience with project management and team collaboration software tools (i.e. Airtable).
• Understanding of production, post-production, and adaptation project workflows.
• Understanding of production techniques and software, and how each are used to complete projects (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Needs a thorough understanding of file formats and delivery.
• Cursory knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, Figma workflows.
• Working knowledge of graphic design
• Knowledge of the various roles, functions, capabilities, equipment, and applications within a design department.
• Organized, detail oriented, and excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Results driven and proactive.
• Strong listener: able to deeply understand the team's needs, ask the right questions to keep a project moving in the right direction, and proactively pursue feedback.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Able to adapt to new working methods and technological advances.
The hiring range for this position in New York is $104,280.00-$130,350.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
