Customer Lifecycle Manager

Job Description

To strengthen our Disney+ team in Munich we are looking for a

Customer Lifecycle Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all Customer Management activities in Germany, Switzerland and Austria
• Responsible for the optimization of all KPIs for customer retention and customer recovery as well as the respective measures for local market
• Independent definition of campaign strategies and procedures for customer retention and customer recovery
• Responsibility for localizing regional strategies and developing local-led communication plans from development to deployment
• Management of campaign planning, executing and analysis of campaign effectiveness
• Optimizing the CRM strategy with internal and external partners as well as identifying potential synergies and cross-promotional activities with other Disney Lines-of-Business
• Use analysis to understand customer behavior and develop a strategy to optimize and improve CRM activities

Basic Qualifications:
• Successfully completed a university degree in media, marketing or business administration
• Enthusiasm for the entertainment and film industry and the digital SVOD environment, and knowledge of the competitive environment
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in customer management and customer loyalty in the TV or media industry
• Extensive experience in the subscription business and proven improvements in customer retention KPIs (churn, net growth, revenue)
• Proven success in managing and supporting customer campaigns through various channels (e-mail, push messages, in-app)
• An in-depth understanding and ongoing interest in the latest customer retention methods and the unique challenges of the subscription business
• Excellent communication skills, high level of commitment, hands-on mentality and organisational talent
• Team player with independent and autonomous working methods
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
